Accessibility statement

What we aim for

The target level for Antaisin.fi is WCAG 2.2 AA. The online shop is built so that using it requires neither a mouse, nor colour, nor JavaScript.

Obligations and microenterprise status

Antaisin Oy is a microenterprise as defined in EU rules, so the accessibility obligations for consumer services under the Finnish Act on the Provision of Digital Services do not apply to this shop. We describe accessibility anyway, because the aim is ours rather than something the law dictates.

What has been done

  • Search, the cart, checkout and cancelling an order are ordinary forms. They work even when the browser does not run scripts.
  • Keyboard users get a visible focus ring that stands out on both light and dark surfaces.
  • Form field labels are always visible. The error message tells you which field and what is wrong.
  • The product format and the order status are given in words (CD, PDF score, Will be posted, Downloadable) and not by colour alone.
  • The pages work at 200 per cent zoom without horizontal scrolling.

Shortcomings we know about

The site has not been audited by an outside party. The formatting of product descriptions imported from the old shop varies, and not all product images have a descriptive text alternative yet.
